January 28, 2008 is a day we will never forget. This was the day that Karli Joy received the Salvation of the Lord Jesus Christ. (Look back on our blog to read about it). In the last year we have had the joy of watching her grow in the knowledge & love of God. Even at the young age of 7, she is bearing fruit and seeking to learn more about the Scriptures. Karli loves to memorize verses and several days ago she brought her Bible to the breakfast table and began reading ~outloud! :) She read from I Cor. 13, John 1 and the miracle of Jesus turning water into wine. There is not much better than to hear your child reading God's Word. Jon & I are forever grateful for the gift of Salvation for our sweet Karli.

There is no sweeter sound than hearing your child reading God's word. There is also no other greater joy than watching them grow closer to their Savior.
